Recently, Haining Guangyuan Chemical Fiber Co., LTD., a holding subsidiary of Guangdong Mengtai High-tech Fiber Co., LTD., successfully relocated to a new factory!
The production equipment of this relocation and transformation can further improve the yield efficiency and resource utilization rate per mu, and form the production capacity of 10,000 tons of differentiated polypropylene and polyamide trichromatic BCF products with an annual output!
Haining Guangyuan Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. was founded in 1978, located in Haining City, Zhejiang Province, for the earliest established synthetic fiber production enterprises, strong technical force, rich management experience.
In response to the requirements of the government to transform inefficient enterprises, Haining Guangyuan Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. built new plants in different places, purchased 10 mu of land in Haining Economic Development Zone, and built new plants of 12,000 square meters. Relocation and transformation of some of the original production equipment, the total investment of 44.15 million yuan, is expected to achieve sales revenue of 150 million yuan after the project.
In recent years, the differentiation rate of chemical fibers in China has been further improved, and the demand for chemical fibers is also developing in the direction of diversification and high quality, especially the development of decorative textiles has put forward functional requirements for chemical fiber products such as flame retardant, anti-static, thermal insulation, heat insulation, noise reduction, anti-UV and so on.
In order to further expand the scale of high-tech fiber production in China, improving the differentiation rate of chemical fiber products has become the most important task in the development of chemical fiber industry.
The project produces differential polypropylene and polyamide trichromatic BCF products, and the implementation of the project helps to improve the differentiation rate of chemical fiber products, enhance industrial competitiveness, and further extend the industrial chain.
According to relevant statistics, China's carpet with differentiated polypropylene and polyamide tricolor BCF products only account for less than 5% of the home decoration floor consumption (especially polyamide tricolor). The products of this project are differentiated polypropylene and polyamide trichromatic BCF products, which have the characteristics of rich color, good elasticity, strong toughness, wear resistance, no hair, no ball, durable, easy to clean, etc. The trichromatic carpet made of polypropylene and polyamide BCF is better than all other carpets in terms of wear resistance, resilience, dust resistance and dirt resistance, and is an ideal home textile.
It is reported that the equipment introduced by the project is more advanced, with high scientific and technological content and efficient production. The products produced have strong market competitiveness and broad prospects.
