In the project of "Research on Key Technologies and Equipment of High-strength Industrial Polypropylene Fiber", we won the "Second Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress" issued by the Shanghai Municipal Government. At the same time, we also developed polypropylene ultra-fine denier fibers for clothing by taking advantage of the properties of polypropylene fibers such as light weight and warmth retention, and further improved the functionality of the fibers in the cross-sectional structure of the fibers. Moisture-conducting, ultra-fine denier environmentally friendly fiber, registered the MODERNS trademark in 2012, and applied it to thermal underwear of internationally renowned brands in batches, achieving good economic benefits and extensive industry influence.
