It still needs to make up classes in the industries 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0, and there is still a distance from the industry 4.0 requirements. In this regard, there should be sober understanding. Due to the continuous increase in labor costs and difficulties in recruiting companies, textile companies are facing tremendous pressure for transformation and upgrading, which also forces companies to carry out automation and numerical control transformation. The textile industry chain is long, and the progress of smart manufacturing in all aspects of production is not the same. Gao Yong believes that in addition to spinning and chemical fiber smart production, the biggest need for the current production process is clothing. The sewing process has achieved rigging and has not yet been automated. It takes a long time to realize unattended operation. Gao Yong proposed that we must promote the intelligent manufacture of textile and apparel. On the one hand, we must establish and improve the smart manufacturing demonstration production line. On the other hand, we must speed up the promotion in the industry and the relevant supply chain must be continuously improved.
